GetIQ intelligence test was built, developed and tested by Dr. Maslow, Ph.D. Lecturer at the Moldova State University. The test was developed during eight months in a independent program, at which participated doctors, lecturers and senior lecturers from Moldova State University, at the request of Creafire Company Ltd based in Liechtenstein, Schaan in 2008, with the purpose of commercialization. Creafire Company Ltd is the owner of this test with its full marketing and propagation rights. It is based on a number of tests elaborated in the past 15 years by psychology experts of Psychology Faculty of the same university, and also the intelligence test developed by British scientist Hans Jürgen Eysenck. The test contains 40 questions without text content, only visual context, based on visual memory principles and logical thinking. The answer is to select the image which is missing in the question. It was tested on 650 persons among the students of final year of the psychology faculty and top managers from local companies. Test development was done in 12 stages in order to find the correct formula, which showed the same result for more than 93% of respondents.
